About Us
Gladden Construction, Inc. is a family-owned business providing quality construction since 1961. Elbert Gladden established the business and it is now a three-generation business--with Elbert's son, Dean, and Dean's son, Jamie.
Gladden Construction covers the Shore from Centreville, Md., to Onancock, Va., doing projects for churches, state government, commercial and residential customers. They give superior service to customers and strive to get the job done right the first time.

Elbert Gladden:Elbert is the man! We started the company in 1961 and has been successful ever since. Being an honorable man of the community, he instills integrity and character into all of Gladden Construction's work. |

Dean Gladden:Dean is the 2nd generation of Gladden Construction. He's been with the company his entire professional life and has done it all in the construction world. |

Jamie Gladden:Jamie is the 3rd generation of Gladden Construction. He joined the company full-time in 1999 and has been a major asset ever since. |
